Welcoming change

So this past weekend we all said our final goodbyes to summer, and welcomed in the Autumn Equinox and first day of fall. Although we both love summer so so much, deep down the Ohio girl in us loves the beauty that fall brings, such as change in color in the trees, as well as the cool and crisp air. However as a farewell tribute to summer, both Mija and myself spent time soaking up some glorious sunshine and spending some sweet times with our families which has us feeling nourished, grateful, and ready to start this week. The change is season and Autumn Equinox can also be a really great time to take some extra pauses and rest in a place of gratitude for another season, gratitude for a specific person, opportunity, or even challenge that you worked through. 

In Ohio, this change in season is also another great opportunity to get outside and be in nature, exploring all that the outdoors has to offer and soaking it up. However, on days when it's rainy, mega cozy (like today), throwing on the hiking boots and trek through the mud may or may not be something your’re interested in. Well no worries love we have you covered with some in home mindful movement.


We have just launched our Youtube Channel which will hold all of our free movement videos and Trini Talk interviews. We are pretty excited to share these classes with our tribe. Since we are just starting off , right now we have two quick videos that you can easily do in the comfort of your own home.

20 min Slow Pilates Fusion class that is geared to work your core while also supporting your back, sides of waist, and spine. 

15 min Happy Hips Yoga Flow class that is here to help those tights hips and let your lower back soften while you deepen into your breath.  Check it out babes!

We are teaching at the Wanderlust Kick Off Yoga Class with DJ Taz Rashid who will be playing some beats during class, and Cincy State of Being who will lead us in a guided meditation at the end of our yoga session.

A 4-week dive into connecting deeper with yourself through mindfulness, movement, and spirited self-development practices.
